The waitlist is an expression of interest. Joining does not create an account, guarantee access, or guarantee that Berdua will launch in your city or by any particular date. Features described on the website are indicative and may change.

Don't misuse the website: no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, no unlawful, harmful or fraudulent activity, and no infringing our or others' rights.
The Berdua name, logo, brand and website content are owned by Berdua and may not be used without our permission.
The website and waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the website will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berdua is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or waitlist.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
